How to correctly compile scss to css in phpStorm?

The crux of the matter is as follows. It seems that everything was set up according to the tutorials. Ruby installed. SCSS too.
When compiled, the compiled file has the following content.

Where to dig? What could be the problem?

Uncheck "Create output file from stdout"
And so yes - necrophilia) do a simple gallp-task, and drag gulpfile.js around projects.
