How to correctly change the environment in Manjaro?

Disappointed in Gnome, I want Kde or xfce, but when installing the xfce4 package, the rat looks like a drain, and I want it to look like I installed it with it, like on the developer's site. In Mint and Ubuntu there were no such problems, the environments had a ready-made theme with a green / purple color scheme.

xfce:

sudo pacman -Syu xfce4 xfce4-gtk3 xfce4-goodies xfce4-gtk3-goodies manjaro-xfce-settings compiz-manjaro

Well, if something is missing, it will help.
pacman -Ss xfce
Similarly, sneakers -- see everything that starts with manjaro-kde manjaro-plasma and put everything in groups (those in brackets) -- (plasma, plasma-git) There will be something unnecessary, then uninstall.
Unlike any Ubuntu, Manjara easily tolerates the DE zoo, their installation and removal.
