How to correctly calculate the cost of a site on WIX that needs to be rewritten?

Hello! I never took orders for freelance, and then one came. The site is made on WIX, and the client, accordingly, wants to completely rewrite it and transfer it to WP. That is, we leave the design and completely rewrite the site, attach it to WP. I want to immediately notice several difficult aspects, because of which I cannot give an estimate of the cost:
- The client is foreign, respectively, pays and thinks in $
- The site is a large business card with a bunch of pages
- At least 27 pages, the body of which needs to be typeset (header and the footer stand)
- T.K. the site was on WIX, it was originally made as a SPA (single page app), and making a SPA from scratch for PHP is not an easy task
- Lazy loading of images
- Several sliders on different pages
- Mini-gallery with pidgination
- Responsiveness / cross-browser compatibility / touch events
The only thing I ask - just let me know what cost to specify for the client in $. The site does not seem to be complicated (although there are quite a few pages), but such things as SPA for visas confuse, i.e. you will have to rethink the standard concept of following links, as it is in WP. Not at all. Much easier. php rolls down to crud level

I would also like to ask the customer how it is done. Then because of the fact that they grab orders without having a clue how to implement and distrust increases.
