How to correctly bind a domain to an existing server?

How to bind a domain to an existing server that has DKIM/DMARC configured? There is an example.com
domain that runs on server 1.1.1.1. Configured DKIM/DMARC on the server, added TXT DKIM/DMARC records to the example.com domain. I registered a new domain anotherexample.com , I want to use it also for sending mail so that my letters are verified. I use DigitalOcean. Questions : Do I need to configure/reconfigure DKIM/DMARC again on the server? Or just add TXT records (including SPF records) to the new domain? On hosting just add A-record or change nameservers ?

New domain - new DKIM. Generate new ones and configure on the server and DNS, along with SPF. Do not forget about PTR on hosting.
It would be more correct to do so.
