How to correctly arrange the menu of the site?
Good afternoon!
Such situation. We did a design for the site, and initially the designer did not provide for a central menu under the header - usually they put it there. As a result - not a full menu - sections of the headings were placed in the right block and a link to the Articles was attached there.
Now, after some time, I wanted to make a central menu under the header, where all the main links would be.
Please advise how to act correctly without changing the whole concept of the site. I am attaching screenshots.
One designer made such a green menu, and also suggested putting a submenu there - but I don’t like the submenu.
and with the central menu

The designer suggested it to you. Beautiful green menu

The whole problem is that the menu is somehow immediately displayed. Although the designer did a good job as well, but I stick to the fact that the menu is hidden under the icon, and this is also fashionable now and the cap will not be so high.
Here is my option
