How to correctly and stably send emails in PHP?

Hello, I need to send about 100 emails once a day, I am using PHP Mailer. And letters either don’t come, then they double up, miracles happen, can you somehow make this process stable? An example would be nice, thanks.

The safest way is to use an external service like MailChimp. They ate more than one "monkey" on this and know how to do it right. You just sent a mailing request when you need it and forgot. Well, or you can do it yourself and constantly check what you are doing now.
