How to copy video from DVD+R disc recorded on LG COMBI RECORDER?

They brought a 4.7 GB DVD + R disc with video recording. They asked me to copy it to a similar DVD.
Having inserted the disk into the reader, I found that it contains a much larger amount of data than shown in the properties.
The disc is recorded in the dvd+vr format in the udf file system (I don't understand this)
There are two folders on the disc:
VIDEO_RM
VIDEO_TS
Total capacity 6.07
GB my PC?
i.e. make an exact copy.
