How to copy photos from ftp to computer via cmd?

I often need to copy pictures from my phone (xiomi) to a PC. On the phone I turn on ftp (after setting the ip and port without changing) And on the computer I write ftp://192.168.0.115:2222/ and I manually copy. I can't even log out via cmd.
Axis command:
C:\Users\Maks>copy ftp://[email protected]:2222/K/*.img C:\Users\Maks\Desktop\k\*.img
Unrecognized device: "ftp:".
Error in command syntax.
