How to copy articles from other sites?

I have a main blog and I want to transfer articles from it to other sites.
They say that if you publish "foreign" materials on your site (even if your own, but already published somewhere), then this negatively affects the ranking of the site (they can lower it in the search).
If I provide a link to the source, will it make a difference?

Do a rewrite. If you are too lazy, then order it on the profile site, it costs a penny.
