Linux Mint 18.3, Figma - desktop version - not in the browser. I press Alt (two cursors appear) and with the left mouse button I try to copy the layer - it does not work. Figma glitch or is my Linux stupid? Or me ))

Try again, if it doesn't work, then copy the layer itself in the list of layers on the left.
Well, if it turns out to be a bug, then I recommend switching to the browser version, or to another OS.
