How do I upload my Ubuntu Desktop image to install a virtual machine on cloud.google.com?
Hello. I downloaded the ubuntu-16.04.2-desktop-amd64.iso image from the official Ubuntu site. Then I uploaded it to Cloud Storage and renamed it to disk.raw.tar.gz. Now I'm trying to create my own image to install a virtual machine from this file, but an error occurs:
How can I properly prepare this image so that cloud.google.com can install it?

But there is confidence that under disk.raw Google means iso-image??
judging by the error, it is waiting for a tar archive, I will assume a root with a certain structure. ??
and here it is a little painted that in the archive should be https://cloud.google.com/compute/docs/images/import...
