How to copy a file by its uri to a folder by its name?

The application created its own folder in the phone "folderName"

Then it is the uri of the file stored on the phone. And it should be copied and pasted into the "folderName" folder if it does not already exist in this folder (if it exists, copy and replace). You also need a method for deleting a file from there. How to do it?
