How to convert uppercase letters to lowercase, so that latin letters do not appear?

There is a cell with the word (LUKOMOPIE), when using the PROPNACH formula, it turns out (Lukomopye) with a Latin letter instead of a Russian one. How to avoid this, or you need to use a different formula.
