I am working on the www.zlak.info project . Now the question is to make a mobile application for android and ios based on the mobile version of the site.
Under windows 8 and windows phone I found Web Application Template , where you just specify the site address and you can make small settings and the universal application is ready.
Tell me please:

• How can I install advertising banners for monetization on such applications

Look towards phonegap and similar.
I doubt you will need it at all.
Make a responsive design and that will be enough.
All the same, applications pull data from the site via api.
