Will the application with purchases in two mobile platforms and the web pass the test?

I want to make a subscription service that can be subscribed both from a mobile application (IOS, Android) and on the website, respectively, IOS, Android through in app purchase, and on the website with a bank card, will such an application be allowed in the App Store and Play market?

@gbir

of course,
100% will pass if each market has a subscription only through it, without entering a credit card for a site
with variations (they can make a remark, or they can skip it) it will pass if there is a purchase in the application and inapp, and payment from an internal account replenished , again, via website/browser

They will let you in, you accept payment in the application strictly according to the rules of each platform.
And the fact that you can pay in other ways outside the application is not affected by either Google or Apple.
