How to convert rows to columns in Excel?

How can I turn a couple of rows into columns? For a better explanation, let me show you an example. There is a table created in powerquery after migrating 5 tables. For example, removed all unnecessary columns.

So, we have 4 columns, this is

  • ID
  • SdkId
  • Token
  • value

I'm trying to do it through the transpose function with subsequent modification, but it only turns out like this:

The final structure that I need:

How can I achieve it, modify the table in image 1?

1) Highlight the token column.
2) tab Transformation - command Column Details
3) Specify that the values should have a Value column, in the advanced settings set "Do not aggregate".
