How to convert PWA to MS Store app?

Tried to make an appx via https://www.pwabuilder.com/ but for some reason that resource doesn't see my manifest.
Tell me how to do it through Visual Studio. Or maybe there is some other way?

The whole problem turned out to be CloudFlare's protection. After turning it off, everything worked.
