What if you click "View Logs", is there anything there to view? If there are text logs, the algorithm:
1. Open the log file
2. Ctrl+F
3. Enter the line "error", make sure the search is case insensitive
4. Do Find All (Find All)
5. Walk through each occurrence, your problem is there somewhere, usually at the very end.
If there are too many results for "error", look for "error:" or "): error", something like that.
Further, having established the cause of the problem from the logs, you solve it.
