How to convert local coordinates in meters from a point to latitude and longitude coordinates?

There is an inertial reference system that measures the distance in meters along the x, y, z axes, and a point with latitude and longitude coordinates from which the countdown began. How to convert measured distance to latitude and longitude?

If your axes are directed to the north and east, then make your local system based on the UTM projection in the corresponding zone - there the meters are closest to real ones.
