How to convert .java files to .kt files?

I read an article here habrahabr.ru/company/JetBrains/blog/231525 . It says it's just converting. But in IDEA I did not find the menu responsible for the conversion. How to implement it?

Code -> Convert Java File to Kotlin File
And, of course, you need to install the plugin . You
