How to convert html/php sources and others to fb2?

Colleagues, good afternoon. I need your help.
I decided to make myself a background source viewer (so that it scrolls through them in the background). I came to the fact that the fbless utility allows you to implement this. However, I ran into 2 problems.
1) I am looking for a conversion utility (preferably a gnu console one)
2) when using Hamster Free EbookConverter, the conversion process for some reason gives an error
When using Hamster Free EbookConverter, I still get a file, however, when I open it, a completely strange picture is displayed:
some of the sources are interpreted into text (paragraphs , lists, etc.) and the other part as sources. In short, it's a mix. Actuallythe question is how to escape all the contents of the source codes so that they are perceived when converting exactly as plainText sources.
