Grub Rescue doesn't see keyboard or mouse?

error: no such device: 103728....
error: unknown file system
entering rescue mod. . .
grub rescue:
I can't do anything, I can't enter the BIOS, the computer does not see the keyboard, and the mouse too. I have no idea what to do. somebody please help
UPD:

Solved the issue. I disconnected the HDD and SSD, then the keyboard worked, went into the BIOS. Using another PC, I made an image of a Linux distribution. It booted up, put Linux again on the disk that I uninstalled. Fixed the robbery. Went to Windows. Removed the hornbeam and restored Windows Boot Manager. If someone has a similar problem - then here is my cart: lewwwv.

I can't get into the bios, my computer can't see the keyboard
This is a hardware problem, please fix it first.
Are the keyboard and mouse wired? Does not see the keyboard and mouse - the USB ports are faulty or disabled. Switch to other ports, reset the BIOS with a jumper on the board.
If a wireless keyboard + mouse set, then their common transceiver may be faulty.
In the end, is there a PS / 2 port on the motherboard at least one? If there is, you buy a PS / 2 keyboard for 300 rubles and try it.

The invisibility of the keyboard and mouse has nothing to do with the hornbeam - it must go into the BIOS anyway, otherwise the keyboard / mouse (receiver, if wireless) is faulty.

I also forgot to add, before all this, I uninstalled the D drive on which Linux was, (I know the fool, I confess)
