. What I did for this, added a separator "|" to each line in the column , and the general category, we unite into one. It turns out in principle what you need, but there is a problem.
If any field from the name or price comes empty, then it is not written as empty, but the following is written. And because of this, the entire import of the table breaks as a whole. How can you defeat this? After all, in fact, I need an empty field to be taken into account too
. Import reads only the characteristics written through a separator.

Import the file via the "Data" menu, "From text/CSV file" button.
In the first step, select the "Custom" separator and specify the separator - a vertical bar ( | ).
And there will be happiness :)
