The database is not small, but with a large the number of takes, for the convenience of working with it, I would like to put it in this form:
e-mail: [email protected]
: 02380199869: john: smit
e-mail: [email protected]: [phone]: john: smit
I myself am a complete zero in this subject, except that I work a little with notepad, total commander. I will be grateful if I find a solution here.

You open your file in notepad ++,
menu Search - Replace
write in Find: (.*@.*)\n(.*)\n(.*)\n(.*)\n
write in Replace with: $1;$2;$3;$4
Press replace or Replace all.
