How to convert an NWD file to one of the 3D printing formats?

There is a task to print a layout of the plant.
The NWD file produces a PDMS package , and it opens in Navisworks Freedom 2013. You
need to somehow get the model in STL or other 3d-Max or SolidWorks compatible formats.
