How to convert an Excel formula from English to Russian format?

I have the following Excel formula:
=IF(LEFT(A1,FIND("/",A1)-1)="1","yes",IF(LEFT(A1,FIND("/",A1)-1)= RIGHT(A1,LEN(A1)-FIND("/",A1)),"yes","no"))
Russian version is needed.
While there is this option:
=IF(LEFT(A1,1)="1","yes",IF(LEFT(A1,FIND("/",A1)-1)=RIGHT(A1,LENG(A1)- DLSTR("/";A1)),"yes","no"))
Throws an error. What is the problem?
