How to convert a website to an iOS mobile app?

Applications with webview are not reviewed under various pretexts, there is a separate item in the Guides for this.
Converting won't work . And in general - cross-development is evil, it works disgustingly.
Write a classic app , it won't be super expensive. Most of the back will pull, but if you already have it ready, there is not much left;

Normal people, when they don't have a budget, apps don't convert, they wrap. It is not possible to convert exactly html/css/js to appa . You can use shit services, and the output will be the same shit application.
Turn around and everything. The application essentially acts as a browser for a regular site. And shove whatever you want into the menus.

Check out Google's TWA technology. A completely working and legal solution for androidstors (any). Ios will have problems.
