How to convert a variable attribute to a regular one?

I created the Color attribute through the Bulk Editor, I wanted to make it simple, but for some reason it began to be used in variations. I wanted to ask how I can massively make this attribute not used in variations, but only shown in characteristics

The attribute is used in variations because it has the corresponding checkbox checked.
This flag is set for the attribute not globally, but individually for each product. Stored in the product metafield _product_attributesas part of a packed array.
The correct method would be to go into each product and uncheck the box. Or through your Bulk Editor.
It is possible and through sql request, but it is dangerous.
