How to control the VK player from an external program?

The browser launched VK with playing music. How to control (play\pause\next track) this player from an external program? In which direction to dig? Is it even possible?

Well .. If the external program will be a player , then why not?
In general, there is an object window.audioPlayer (global, that is, because window). That is, we write a script (chrome ext, greasemonkey or something else) that will open a socket and react somehow.
You can experiment with window.audioPlayer from the console (usually F12 when the page is open).
