Is there a good MiniPC for Android?

I'm running out of time, I'm writing in a hurry.
In short: You
need an Android Mini-PC to connect to your TV via HDMI.
Requirements (minimum):
1. To be able to pull Full-HD (1080P) normally 2. To
be able to surf the Internet 3. To
be able to play simple games (Angry Birds, Bad Piggies, Fruit Slice, etc.)
4.1 GB RAM
5.2 cores
Desirable (maximum):
1. What would pull heavy games: Real Racing 3, GTA: San Andreas, which will soon be released in the Play.
2. What would be 4 cores
What I will do:
1. If the software is what it is better not to call it, then:
2. I will install TV.Launcher 3. I will
install programs: XBMC, SBP TV, MX Player
4. I will connect the Gamepad to control Smart TV
Thank you in advance, "Habr", or rather already "Toaster"
