How to control SublimeText from your program?

I want to manage the text in SublimeText from my program:
Add text
Find by regexp and delete a piece
Get content
Create a new one
Put the cursor at the end or move it down 1 paragraph
...
In general, full control hunting over the editor, is it possible?
