How to control multiple 433 MHz receivers without Arduino?

There are 5 standard transmitters and receivers at 433 MHz

. There are 5 conditional LED strips that must be turned on after pressing the button of the improvised "remote control".
Can this be done without Arduino? So that in the circuit with each tape there was a signal receiver that would only receive a signal from a specific transmitter?
