How to control android remotely?

Hello, how can I manage all android processes remotely. Catch all events and send a response. For example: I connect to any phone and if I press any button on my phone, the same button is pressed on the other.
ps applications from the play market are not interested. Maybe there is some kind of sdk or projects with source codes?
