How to control a computer remotely?
There is a stationary computer with Windows 7 x32 Home Premium with specific software (AWP) installed.
It is necessary to be able to control this PC from any point in space with a radius of about 250 m (loose one- and two-story buildings). It is highly desirable to receive also a sound from the computer. It is preferable to work with a tablet.
One of the suggested solutions:
PC (USB, VGA/DVI/HDMI) → IP-KVM (what?) → Wi-Fi AP (what?) → tablet (laptop, smartphone).
If the solution is suitable, then what IP-KVM and Wi-Fi points are suitable? Will a powerline adapter like TL-WPA4220KIT
work instead of a Wi-Fi point ? Never encountered powerline, what could be the problem?

+ To all that has been said by Teamviewer, Ammy Admin, Logmein, Radmin, etc. unlike RDP, it is not even necessary to have a white IP, but Internet access is needed.
rdp not? Support on the computer - "out of the box", there are applications for tablets, the sound can. Wi-Fi there or not Wi-Fi - by and large, do not care, as long as IP runs.

Something like this. Sound will not be received.
wi-fi at 250 meters I do not know
even I don’t understand, if special software needs to be monitored, then what does the BIOS have to do with it!?
Industrial equipment controlled from a computer is switched on once and operates 24/7/365. So standard RDP is fine.
PS. If I'm wrong about something, then correct me.
