How to connect your domain to ISPConfig 3 + Amazon AWS EC2?

Hello dear toasters!
There is:
*) one Amazon EC2 server
*) Elastic IP attached to it (50.13.13.13)
*) ISPCONFIG installed
*) example.com domain
Necessary:
attach the domain to the server via ISPCONFIG. At the same time, the condition is that the NS-servers for the domain are used by their own, i.e. ns1.example.com, ns2.example.com .
What has been done:
I tried to create NS records via ISPCONFIG, configured according to the manuals from the open spaces of the bourgeoisie, on the side of the domain registrar, configured Glue Records like:
ns1.example.com | 50.13.13.13
ns2.example.com | 50.13.13.13
The same entries were made in the ISPCONFIG panel.
Unfortunately, due to my beginner-level knowledge, I could not understand why the settings I made did not allow me to reach my server using a domain and not an IP.
I ask those who know to help with advice and directions where to look, and how best to set up this miracle correctly.
Thanks in advance to everyone who has signed up

@inoise

You need to forward the domain in Route53 in a good way, though. You can also try using alias

1. In the ISPconfig panel for example.com, create two subdomains ns1 and ns2 - record type A - 50.13.13.13
2. In the panel, the REGISTRAR should have a child name servers section. There you also need to create ns1 and ns2 at 50.13.13.13.
