How to connect winxp laptop and phone via bluetooth to distribute internet to laptop?
HP compaq nc8430 laptop.
Bluetooth Places->View devices in range. Writes: local bluetooth device not found.
Although I can see the laptop itself on the screen of the cellular blutooth, but I can’t connect.

I want to note that laptops on older versions of Windows with bluetooth do not work well
