How to connect VK Connect?

Hello! Help me figure out how to connect the VK Connect library.
I'm trying to add my VK application, but they wrote to me "For it to work correctly, it must have the VK Connect JavaScript library connected, and when it starts, the VKWebAppInit event is called on the main page"
On the page https://vk.com/dev/vk_apps_docs it says , supposedly you need to install the package on the web server.
And it’s easier not to connect this library in any way, using regular JS to insert it into the page?
