How to connect virtual machines so that they do not see each other?

2 virtual machines are connected to the pfSens router via "Standart Switch".
It is necessary that these virtual machines do not see each other, but both VMs see the router.
Here is a diagram:

As an option, I created a second interface on the router with a different subnet + Standard Switch2 and connected a virtual machine to it.
Please tell me how to solve this problem using ESXi / vCenter so as not to create a second interface on pfSens.

Use vlan. Make a trunk between the switch and the router, create subinterfaces on the router and aggregate traffic belonging to a certain vlan label on them. On the router, firewall to configure where and from where who can go. You take the available prefixes, divide by the required number of prdnets. One subnet - one vlan vlan. profit.
