How to connect two sites to one localB database?

On one site-project, I accept data from the form and write the data to the database, on the other I want to take the data. For example, take the structure of the model and output it in json format. What needs to be configured for this?

If EntityFrameWork then create two DBContexts and specify a connection string for each
