ASP.NET multitenant framework?

Rails has a gem apartment for creating SaaS solutions. Is there something similar and just as easy in ASP.NET MVC? To take a ready-made application, put the nuget package and a minimum of movements?

Probably not quite correctly expressed, I need a solution that itself manages the creation of tenants in the database, migrations, and routing at the sub-domain level.

You can make your own nuget package, and publish where you were going to upload it.
