It is possible, but sequentially: better insert the cable from the provider into the router, insert the cable into one of its (router) ports, which will go to the second one. On the second, set the router mode if you want a separate local network (you probably don’t need this) or the access point mode if you want one local network. The name of the Wi-Fi network in the second case can be made the same if you want automatic switching, but it may not work well, different names are better. If the routers are not purchased, buy two Mikrotiks and find someone who will set up one Wi-Fi network for you, capsman is called by Mikrotiks
