How to connect two networks behind NATs without a dedicated IP and port forwarding?

There is a need to connect via RDP from home to a remote computer in the office in order to work with 1C (therefore, TeamViewer-like software is not suitable)
1. The computer in the office is behind two NATs (seven works in terminal server mode).
2. Home computer behind NAT provider.
It is impossible to agree on a dedicated IP or port forwarding with an office provider.
I think in the direction of creating a VPN tunnel . I know that there is tinc and the tunnel operator https://ngrok.com. The latter makes one-time tunnels and is not very convenient because you have to reconfigure everything manually after rebooting the computer. I want something permanent that does not require reconfiguration (maybe ngrok already knows how?). I tried to set up tinc according to their manual, but something didn't work: either I'm setting it up incorrectly, or it's impossible in principle.

Without an intermediate server with a white IP - it's impossible.
SoftetherVPN has Nat Traversal technology (free relay). You can try it.
