How to connect two monitors in FullHD resolution?

I want to pick up two identical monitors for myself and look towards the Dell UltraSharp U2414H.
As for the video, now there is a card for one DVI, so I also want to upgrade with support for two DVI.
I plan to work at a resolution of 1920 × 1080 on two monitors.

The specifications of the video card indicate the maximum resolution. In the middle segment, the figure 2560x1600 is often found.
Suppose if I connect two monitors via DVI to such a card, can I get FullHD on two monitors? As I understand it, no, and in this case, the maximum that is possible is 1280 per monitor?

In search of answers, I came across another parameter "Dual link". And it's a little confusing.
It turns out that if DVI on the card, as well as on the monitor, support Dual Link, then at 2560x1600 we will get double the bandwidth and I will be able to work at FullHD?

If I'm wrong, then apparently I'll have to take a card that supports 4k resolution.
Thanks in advance for your advice.
