How to connect to wifi via cmd?

Can't connect to network using netsh wlan connect name= command. It says "The specified interface has not been assigned a profile." I write the netsh wlan show profile command, this network is really not there. How to solve this problem?

In order to connect to a network, you need a network profile XML file.
