How to connect to Wi-Fi via WPS pin in Windows 8.1?

To fix a bug in the customer's router, you need to connect to the Wi-Fi router using a WPS pin in Windows 8.1.
On my machine, Windows prompts me to enter a WPA2 password or press the PBC button on the router, there is no mention of WPS pin:

The customer claims that Windows requests a WPS pin, and attaches this screenshot:

The config of the routers is the same. I also tried to connect to neighboring networks - Windows always suggests entering a WPA2 password or pressing PBC. Therefore, I suspect that the matter is in various editions of Windows, build versions, installed updates or system settings.
Any suggestions what else could be the issue?
Are you prompted to enter a WPS pin (as in the screenshot below)? If yes, what version of Windows are you using? (the first three lines of the output of the systeminfo command will work)
UPD: third-party utilities for connecting via a WPS pin (like Dumpper, JumpStart for Wireless) will not work - you are interested in connecting with the built-in Windows tools
