Specifics:

and check what the vnc server is listening on (address and port). (0.0.0.0 5900)
and check that ports 5900 are open
-A INPUT -m state --state NEW -m tcp -p tcp --dport 5900 -j ACCEPT
$ getenforce
Permissive
if Enforced is set then do
# setenforce for the duration of the check 0
---------------------------------------------------- ---------
:0 means the index of the port that the server is listening to relative to the standard 5900
:1 - 5901
If it doesn't work after that, then we'll pick further.
