I connected VBGuestAdditions and it comes out at startup like this:

For products from VMware there is such a thing: https://github.com/vmware/open-vm-tools
If there is no such thing for VirtualBox, then you will have to suffer with installing VBGuestAdditions. Run *.run in the console and look at the output. Maybe there will be a solution to the problem.
