There is a router with ip 192.168.1.1, it pings by ip, but I can’t connect to the web interface, what could be the reason?

There may be a provider switch, and dhcp is higher, or you have statics registered, and the networks are cut down. On the PC, set the receipt of ip automatically, connect to the tail from the router, look what it gives out - check the Internet. Do arp -a, find out the vendor by mac. Further it will be more clear.

And try to connect via both http and https. It happens that the very smart Chromog forcibly selects HTTPS, but it may not be on the router.
