How to connect to the server through navigator?

I am learning wordpress.
Tell me how to connect to the server through Navigator using OpenServer?
I found this article , I didn’t quite understand, I can’t find this file, and such a directory. The goal is to set up a database to work with wordpress.

This manual describes how to connect to a remote mysql database. I assume that mysql is installed directly on the computer from which you are working.
In this case, the path to the mysql config is written for *unix family OSes
Once again I would venture to assume that you are working under windows.

This will only work if mysql is specifically on your computer, and not on a remote one.
But actually the point is not even that. In order to connect to mysql, you do not need to edit the configs, just write in the host field in the navigator - 127.0.0.1 or localhost
