How to connect to the RSS reader "My feed" from Habr?

On Habré, you can very conveniently set up "My Feed", subscribe to the hubs of interest, but how to connect "My Feed" to RSS? After all, it is personalized, which means that you need to log in to the RSS reader. Does Habr have an API for this? Can I generate an authorization token, or twist the URL format somehow cleverly?

1. Открываем страницу "Моя лента" https://habr.com/ru/feed/
   
2. Нажимаем на иконку RSS и получаем уникальный идентификатор персонализированной ленты.
   
3. Profit.
